Project Scope: The proposal is to replace an existing house with a contemporary new build / self-build project.
Our design team has created a modern family home that blends traditional charm with contemporary design and elegance.
The house is situated in a North Nottinghamshire village and is integrated seamlessly into its surroundings. The design prioritises privacy and contemporary aesthetics. Working with the existing mature hedgerows that border the site, it frames a spacious lawn to create a site with a real sense of tranquillity.
The two-storey dwelling features single-storey aspects that harmonise with neighbouring properties. A hipped roof design visually connects the home with its surroundings, while high-quality materials enhance its architectural appeal.
Our design ethos prioritises the harmonious balance between functionality and style. The layout is meticulously crafted to optimise space and harness natural light, achieved through strategically positioned glazing that seamlessly integrates the living and dining areas with the garden.
Upon entering through a central doorway, residents are welcomed into a contemporary interior characterised by clean lines and premium finishes. This modern aesthetic offers a serene open-plan environment tailored to meet the needs of today's families.
